We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Finance and Accountant to join our team. As a Finance and Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization.

• Recording financial transactions: Recording and classifying the company's financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Preparing financial statements: Preparing financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to reflect the company's financial position and performance.
• Reconciling accounts: Reconciling account balances to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the accounts.

• Managing ledgers: Maintaining the company's accounting records and ledgers to keep them neat and organized.

• Tax filing: Preparing and filing tax returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely payment of taxes.

• Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify potential trends and issues and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of the company's financial budget and tracking variances between actual performance and budget.

• Audit support: Assisting internal and external auditors in conducting audit work and providing necessary accounting documents and information.

• Compliance: Ensuring that the company's accounting activities comply with applicable regulations and accounting standards.

• Financial advice: Providing financial advice and decision support to management to support the company's strategic goals and business operations.

• Risk management: Identifying and evaluating financial risks and taking measures to mitigate the impact of risks."

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
• Priority for the students graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam or the University of Dodoma.
