Niajiri Platform is excited to announce the CV Writing Competition, which is part of the Unikonekt series. This series will be held in various parts of Tanzania, including Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Morogoro, and Mwanza, scheduled from April to June. The CV competition is designed to help you craft compelling resumes that stand out to potential employers. This competition offers you the opportunity to showcase your skills, achievements, and aspirations while enhancing your employability profile.

Winning Criteria

• CV Quality: Clarity, completeness, and effectiveness in presenting your academic and professional background and skills.
• Relevance: Alignment with competition requirements, including exclusion of field experience and inclusion of relevant educational achievements.
• Originality: Uniqueness and creativity in showcasing your qualifications and aspirations tailored to your field of study or desired job industry. 
• Impact: Potential for career advancement and contribution to the Niajiri community.

• Must be a Tanzanian university student or recent graduate.
• The CV must be compelling, with specific and detailed contents that highlight your professional achievements and skills
• Include only secondary/advanced school and college/university education in the CV.
• Include Your Field experience, volunteering, internships, and other types of experience

• The top 20 finalists for Zanzibar, Arusha, Mwanza, Morogoro, Dodoma, and Dar es Salaam receive free online employability coaching from Niajir.
• National top 5 winners receive online employability coaching by Niajiri plus Tsh 100,000/= each
• Certificate to all winners
• The top 20 finalists for each region get interviewed by HRs and potential employers during the regional Unikonekt events.
• All CV contributors get access to Unikonekt events and employability tools via the Niajiri Platform.
