As a Translator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between Chinese and Swahili speakers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in translations across various materials and contexts.

• Translating between Chinese and Swahili
• Assisting factory management in communicating with Swahili-speaking employees.
• Translating factory documents, notices, and related materials.
• Participating in meetings and translating meeting records and communications.
• Assisting in explaining factory policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure understanding among all employees.
• Assisting in translating training activities held in the factory.
• Handling general administrative tasks such as file management, document organization, and email correspondence.
• Assisting in addressing translation needs and inquiries from both employees and management."

• Fluency in Chinese and Swahili language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field is desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
